![]() Okay the secret for the recipe is that there’s no such thing as measuring lol. Soya sauce (my mum uses High Mark Premium Dark Soy Sauce but I don’t think it makes much of a difference if you use a different one) Vermicelli / rice vermicelli (they’re both the same but could be found under different names) Just the tiny ones like square shaped carrots, peas and corn. Mixed veges (not like actual mix brocolis etc. I use the stove to cook mine, so will just leave it below in case you want to try it sometime (will try to explain it as best as I can as I’ve just been learning recently from my mum) though I will admit I’ve never heard of chop suey with a combination of meat but if it tastes good, you do you ((:Ĭhop suey beef (depending on where you are they definitely do sell ‘chop suey beef’ if not I guess just get beef & chop it into 2cm cubes) Veggies are the same, except stir fry has the baby corn things in it. They used to have something in a can just like this that said Chop Suey instead of Stir Fry but I can't find them anymore. Then usually cheat and do instant jasmin rice or something that I spoon the chop suey on. Then toss in two or three more cans (the 28oz cans) that I've drained and mix it together. Use can of juice from another can of la choy veggies and corn starch to thicken stuff up. Those veggies will pretty much disappear into the beef. I cut up a nice chuck roast and toss it in the instant pot with a can or two of the La Choy stir fry or chop suey veggies and some la choy soy sauce. I do what I call beef chop suey in the instant pot often. Users who only dump links to their sites/channels will be banned.
